25th June 2009 : Today, 17 children in Years 2 and 6 went to Edge Hill University to receive their graduation certificates and diplomas for their part in the Children's University. The Children's University recognises the achievements of children who take part in after school activities. For each activity they take part in, they receive credits. At the end of the year, the credits are added up and children are awarded either a certificate, a diploma or honours. Over the last four years, over 100 children have graduated through Linaker.
