Linaker Primary School :: School Meals

Linaker is the only primary school in Sefton to provide it’s own catering for school meals, nursery and  meetings. We have a commitment to providing a good variety of high quality food. School meals are currently priced at £1.60 per day (as of the 1st September 2009). Free school meals are available for children whose parents are entitled to certain benefits. Please call into the school office for an application form and list of eligible benefits. You can download the current four week menu below. But please note that these are always subject to availability from suppliers. Having Packed Lunches Instead ? Research shows that children who have a healthy and nutritious lunch perform better in school during the day. The School Food Trust has produced some sample three week menus for a healthy packed lunch.
