We looked at a range of shoes and thought about their different qualities. We evaluated different aspects of the shoes, for example how they looked, how comfortable they would be etc.
We were given a brief to make a shoe for a Roman Emperor visiting Britain. We thought about what materials we would use and how we would make it. We then decided what substitute materials we could use in school.
After we had made our shoes, we stood up and presented them to the class, explaining our choices. We also evaluated our shoes and thought about what we liked and what we would change next time.
