One of the most important things to do during this period of lockdown is to try to keep physically active. There are lots of ways in which we can do this and the Daily Mile (which is something that children were doing in school) has been adapted so you can use it from home. You can choose the pace which suits you best from walking through to running.
There are fun challenges every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and lots of other ideas to help you and help record your progress on the Daily Mile website.
