History and Geography.
The history and geography topic for the autumn term focuses on Invaders and Settlers - Anglo Saxons and Vikings. Cross curricular work will be used to enhance learning wherever possible and, fingers crossed, trips and visitors are planned.
Homework tasks are planned to be practical, engaging and exploring a variety of media.
Working together to analyse possible push or pull forces for invaders.
Children worked in groups to research different aspects of Alfred the Great. A class book was created.
