Are you or the children feeling anxious, confused or worried? Being at home may feel like a fun, extended holiday for some, but for others it will be confusing and worrying. If you or anyone in your house is struggling, hopefully this link will help a bit. Please also remember that we are just on the other end of an email and are always here to help or just listen... we are all in this together, it is equally strange and troubling for us all. You are not alone, we are still the Linaker family.

Ever tried meditation? Thinking about getting some headspace? Children needing some coping strategies and calming techniques? I cannot recommend the 'Headspace' app strongly enough. Now they even have a 'kids' version! Try it out together at home. We can't get much physical space from each other at the moment, but we can learn to find that space within. Give it a go. Let us know how you get on.

What are we grateful for in these challenging times? This website has some brilliant ideas for how to teach your children (and maybe your adults!) to practise mindfulness, by taking the time to be aware, be present, be calm and be thankful. All the more important in these strange days.

Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube Another link which comes highly recommended by the staff at Linaker. Cosmic Kids is fantastic yoga videos made especially for children. Prop up the tablet in the living room or play youtube via the TV and let the children join in for 20 minutes of movement, fun and calm!
